This home is 1,117 square feet with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms – and a bonus of 10′ ceilings!

Even though this looks like an older home, the interior is just what most people are looking for these days. From the front porch, you walk into the living room, then into the dining room and kitchen. Behind the kitchen is the guest bedroom and then the master bathroom. On the other side of the hall is the master bedroom, a bathroom for guests and a utility room with a side door and stoop.

This is the perfect plan for those of us who are scaling back and living with less STUFF, also great for those just starting out!
