Patti Vincent. Such wonderful paintings. Many are gouache, which I just love. She also has some fabulous ink sketches (check out her Instagram). Happy paintings, light and airy, pretty and very loose, which I love.
The Usual Suspects struck me, with not only the colors and shapes, but the background was so interesting to me. I love the abstract qualities of this painting.

Patti Vincent earned her B.F.A., summa cum laude, in Painting from Wright State University. She has been exploring various subject matter and mediums including oil, gouache, relief printmaking, and drawing during her career. She believes that persistence, education, and hard work are the basis of a productive and enthusiastic artistic practice. Patti works and teaches out of her studio in Salida, CO.
