It’s after the first of the year, the holidays have passed and it’s time to get down to business. By business, I mean finding you some fabulous house plans! There are many so-so plans out in the universe, but I try to feature the best of the best. Below, there are links to see interior and exterior shots of this plan built, which is super helpful!

This is the Broad River Cottage plan by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 1,729 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This plan, you enter from the covered porch into the living area, onto the dining and kitchen area. There is a downstairs master suite as well as a powder room. The laundry is located in the mudroom area off the back door, a close proximity to the master bedroom which is convenient!

The upstairs has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also another space that could be used as a bunk room, office, space to write, paint, sew, read, chill or a myriad of other functions. I LOVE versatile spaces. We change entire rooms in our house (one day the living room, next day the dining room). I absolutely love the ability to do just that!
