Great plan! However, just a couple of points. When washing dishes, I would be blocking the hallway to the bedrooms. Move sink to island and convert that wall to pantry and storage and vacuum or broom closet.
That would be an interesting configuration. I love a kitchen window that looks outdoors and it looks like it would do exactly that in either place. It’s so nice that Lake and Land can customize their plans to make it the perfect plan for you!

Move kitchen sink to the opposite side of the kitchen so you don’t block entry to bedrooms and you can see who is driving up to the house.
