Beautiful reflection in the ditch holding water from the major storm we had the other day. The wind was wild as was the amount of rain. A nearby roof was ripped off and sent sailing quite a distance. Large windows of a business were blown in. How bizarre. The aftermath looked like a hurricane. For most of us it just took some raking and bagging of leaves (in this area leaves fall this time of year like autumn). We were fortunate.

Some days it’s good to take a break after a hectic week. This is one of those days. Time to walk and talk and take in what’s around me. A day off… So enjoy your day. I know today is normally a house plan, and I’ll get back to that next week. It’s been a heck of a week. Taking a day to catch up…
