Spring is such a beautiful time here in Charleston, SC. Everything (or at least it feels like literally EVERYTHING) is in bloom or about to be. The flowers are stunning, the garden stores are packed, and the need to plant is very real. Planting herbs, flowers, trees or shrubs, it makes your yard a happy place.

I find myself picking up every plant I see, then I put it back until we can come up with a plan. Flowers, lettuce, heat-tolerant spinach, herbs, more flowers, shrubs, fruit trees, ha ha… they’re all so beautiful. We’ll see what we end up with, but for now this is a photo I took a while back, I think it was at Abide-A-While garden center in Mount Pleasant, SC. If you’re in the area stop by and see them and don’t miss the inside shop, full of all things beautiful!
