Love this home although two minor revisions needdd to fit our retired life. One is to have access to one of the baths without going through a bedroom. The other is to add stacking laundry.
I love the symmetry, the high ceilings and the 2 porches.
800 sq feet of AC space. Is generous as an Acessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that shares the driveway and the detached garage with laundry of my main house. I can live with the bathrooms in the bedrooms.

I love Laurel Cottage. Were I to build – I would have to ask for a half bath tucked somewhere. It is a beautiful plan. Absolutely!
