I love flowers. Love them! They are bright and happy and make me smile. What a nice little pick me up during the week, (and yes, a photo counts!) I took this photo a while back when I was in Michigan. This is one of my dad’s rose bushes. The man has a green thumb just like his mom had. (🙌dad!) I love that my mom has little vases of roses everywhere. Next to the bed, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the living room. So pretty and such a nice touch!

This is a reminder to those of you who are frustrated with winter – spring/summer is near. Personally, I love this time of year (in South Carolina), it’s beautiful, some of the flowers still bloom, the sun can warm you up nicely and it’s not hot/humid. What’s not to love, right?
