Charleston, South Carolina is alive in a frenzy of vibrant colors right now. The azaleas are beginning to bloom prolifically adding to the color from the camellias, tulip trees where the blossoms have just recently made a transition into bright green leaves and a host of other blooming things. Early spring is my favorite part, temps can still be cool (but can also be warm). Like most of the country, some days we experience both.
Azaleas have been planted in this neighborhood that is nearly one hundred years old. The large oak trees, draped in Spanish moss line the streets. It’s truly like something out of a movie ;) I say that with a wink because a few movies have been made here. Right here on this street, which is fascinating all by itself!
Get outside and enjoy this beautiful day (the rain won’t last all day). If your weather isn’t up to par then know that it’s on the way soon!
🌸 Until next time…
