Moser Design Group. Fabulous house plans. Classic design that looks gorgeous most anywhere it’s built. I live in an older neighborhood and what’s built around us matters. Infill, size, mass, scale – it makes a difference. It’s what keeps your neighborhood’s character that in this day and time is extremely hard to do. Depending upon the neighborhood, these homes look like they would blend well and fit in nicely. Good design always matters.
This is the TNH-SC-17D plan by Moser Design Group. This plan is 2,302 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
There are a few variations of this plan – one I featured years ago was the TNH-SC-17B plan – the only major differences I see are fabulous changes to the owners bathroom – I love how the closets flank each side as you walk into the bathroom. Also steps outside near the laundry room, very nice. Of course, the PANTRY. Because, *swoon* who wouldn’t love a pantry?
You enter this plan via the gorgeous front porch with plenty of room for entertaining. You enter into the living/dining area with a fireplace as a focal point – this plan is open to the kitchen, with a laundry/separate entrance off to the side. Behind the kitchen is a screened porch (I love how it separates the owners suite from the rest of the house creating an oasis!) and across from the porch is the pantry. You then enter into the owner’s suite bedroom with porch to the right and then… the owners bathroom, oh, la la. I think it’s brilliant how there is a closet on each side before you enter into the bathroom. A friend of mine has done that and it’s gorgeous. It’s nice and private on the main floor.
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a wonderful bathroom. Perfect!
