Gorgeous, right? I love the covered porch on the front. This plan has spectacular windows which can make a house. The doors suit this house perfectly (as does the gorgeous oversized light fixture in front of the door!) – This plan an optional basement so there are even more possibilities! Let’s talk about the layout of this plan…

This is the Lakedale House Plan by C3 Studio. This plan is 2,984 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It’s worth noting that the Lakedale plan has an optional basement which contains a guest suite, tasting room, bar, media room, mechanical/storage room as well as additional storage. Lovely, right? If you need it, it’s a possibility!

You enter the Lakedale plan via the lovely covered porch. As you step into this plan via the foyer you make an immediate left and you’re in the great room facing the kitchen area. (I’m already envisioning a wonderful table to go against the wall in the foyer – with a dimmable, gorgeous lamp, and mirror or stunning piece of art). In between the great room and kitchen, set off to the right side is the lovely staircase. Next is the kitchen, complete with large island. There is another covered porch on the side of this plan near the kitchen. Past the kitchen a hallway leads you to the garage, on the right is a laundry room and on the left is a mud room and powder room. To the right of the powder room near where you can gain entry to the main bedroom. The bedroom leads to the bathroom complete with coveted dual vanity, soaking tub, water closet and shower. At the end of the bathroom is the closet, which is really two closets, which is perfection because it gives you more usable space for hanging and shelves.

On the second floor you’ll find two bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closet and bathroom, separated by a loft area. Also, the bonus room/bathroom above the garage for use either as a MIL suite or studio, Work From Home space, etc. #endlesspossibilities
