This is the 98 Pleasant Ridge house plan by Our Town Plans. This plan is 1,228 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – not to mention the unconditioned space from the two FABULOUS porches as mentioned. If you’re considering downsizing this is a great plan that offers great living space.
From the deep front porch you enter into the living/dining area, complete with fireplace for those cool evenings when you want to take the chill off and bask in the ambiance. Off of the living/dining room is the kitchen, which appears to be a rather efficient galley kitchen, woohoo – they’re fabulous! There is one bedroom/bathroom located behind the kitchen and another bedroom/bathroom behind the living area on the side of the house. Two bedrooms with space between make this a very thoughtful design.
