I love the look of this house! It’s a great plan with an exterior that makes it look like it could be a house that was built many years ago, back when attention to detail was more the norm. It’s nice to have a combination of unscreened and screened porches. Oooh and that little bit of tin roof, how nice would that be when it starts raining? Read more about this plan on the Southern Living website!
I think this is such a great cottage plan. This plan packs a lot of punch into 1286 square feet! The plan has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open dining, kitchen, living area and a great library tucked away for quiet reading. It also has a fabulous screened porch off the living area, which is so nice during the cooler months, to be able to open those french doors and let some fresh air in! While the kitchen is compact it still has some great features, like a PANTRY and an island! It’s nice that the washer and dryer are near the back door which is also in close proximity to the master bedroom.
Note: on Moser’s website, this is plan TNH-B-11B
How do you like this house plan? Fred and I are always looking for fairly small house plans so that when we retire one day we have a plan 😉 we have a lot of fun planning!
