42 Concord Drive available from Our Town Plans! This plan is 1,251 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It reminds me of a charming cottage that we rented in Maine. It has so much character – I love it!

Charming plan! If you include the unconditioned areas of the home (the 683 square feet of porches), this plan goes from 1,251′ to 1,934! Those are some very inviting porches. They’re so nice and deep and really encourage time to be spent outdoors! It’s so nice to have an outdoor fireplace! I think I would use that more than indoors (at least here in Charleston)…

The indoor plan is just as nice! With an open Dining, Living, Kitchen (with loft accessible via ladder above), with a Master and a Bedroom, both with full baths. The washer and dryer are located between the two bedrooms, which is nice and convenient! If you needed extra space in the kitchen you could push the wall out even with the Dining/Sun Room. It’s nice that they’ve even thought of a grilling porch! Our Town Plans always has the most gorgeous homes, I could see myself in all of them!
