Trying to catch up after several days of no wifi and lots of yard cleanup after hurricane Matthew, back to normal posting next week (artists, recipes, house plans), for now enjoy the images!
We are back from a wonderful stay at the Island Inn, Monhegan, Maine. If you are looking for a wonderful inn, with fabulous food, and views to die for, this is the place for you. The people who work there become family. We all can’t wait to get back. Home away from home, if only for a few days!

I left my heart on Monhegan Island….the people are so special and the living is beautiful and real…..the smell of the ocean and deep black soil in the woods…rocks and cliffs…sunsets like I have never seen before…a jewel on this earth like no other….
