This is the Saluda River Club Cottage (15116A) by Allison Ramsey Architects (links below). This plan is 1,615 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It packs a lot of charm into its square footage, don’t you think? I love the door – it adds to the charm of this home.
This is a spacious plan for the square footage – I like how every bit of the footage in this home has been utilized smartly. You enter via the front porch and step into the Great Room that is open to the Kitchen and Dining area – a fireplace anchors the room nicely. Once you pass the Great Room you have a nice Office, Utility Room, Powder Room and Master Suite. Nice that it’s tucked back in the corner.
The upstairs adds another Bedroom, Bathroom, Loft and Media area – so if you have someone who would like to have some space – THIS is the plan!
