When you enter this home, you enter from a wonderful porch, when you enter the house you walk into an entryway with a direct sightline to the staircase, which is so stunning! On the front of the house is an office (or bedroom). There is comfort in knowing there is a bedroom downstairs just in case it’s needed or in case someone who might be staying (well, pre/post COVID) may need to avoid stairs.

Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bathroom downstairs also doubles as a guest bath, it’s close by but accessible for others to use.

There is a wonderful kitchen that looks into the living/dining area – also notice, there is a pantry and laundry area, woot, woot!! I like a side entry, especially if I can have a screened door to let the breeze in on nice days!
