This is the Moose Ridge Lodge house plan by Yankee Barn Homes. This plan is 1,657 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The layout of this home makes it feel much larger, especially in the warmer months with access to the (expansive) front deck which maximizes your living space.

The main bedroom/bathroom is located downstairs, with two additional bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and loft area – which is a great space for kids to hang out.
