Well, it’s almost 2024 – hard to believe, I know! So I’m looking back at photos from this year (note to self for 2024: GO THROUGH YOUR PHOTOS!) – I ran across this image, taken at breakfast at our favorite place in North Carolina. The best breakfast’s in the world! Stunning coffee, a chef’s special that will make you run home and try to figure out how they did it. What are some of your special memories of 2023?

Some of you are probably glad to see 2023 go away – for you, I wish for brighter times ahead. For those of you who had a good 2024, let’s be thankful – and do what we can to make the best years keep happening!

What I loved about 2023 were the trips to North Carolina, the regular days spent at home with my husband (not just traveling, but the real life as well), which are just as special to me. And, our latest obsession with jigsaw puzzles the last of which I had no idea most pieces would be the same size, shape and for a good bit of it, color! 🤯 If we can finish this one, there is no stopping us, ha ha. #wemakeagoodteam

Thank you, Fred for an awesome 2023. You find ways to surprise me always. You truly look like you’re in your happy place. We know how to have a good time!
