Can you imagine being situated on a gorgeous lot overlooking the water. The serenity and stunning views you would have out of almost every room in this house! Downstairs is a masterpiece and upstairs is a brilliant use of space, an expansive loft area with storage. Who couldn’t use that? This plan is by Prim Haus and I think you’re really going to like it a lot!

The Rambler is a stunning blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, giving you plenty of time for relaxation. Just think, you can forest bathe to your heart’s content! There is plenty of room to move around, it’s a plan that’s great for guests with room to have privacy. Great places to escape to read a book, write that novel, dream up your next vacation or work on that proposal that you need to get done for work. Plenty of room for everyone under one very chic roof!

I love the way Prim Haus shows their house plan (above). It gives you a better idea of the size of the rooms, placement of furniture, etc. I love to think about spaces as most people use them and then how we (my husband and I) would use them. With a wonderful kitchen island/bar with seating and a nice breakfast seating area I think I would place a few swivel chairs where the dining table is, with a nice table between. That way you could swivel in one direction to make eye contact and carry on a conversation with others in the room or you could swivel around and take in the stunning scenery.
