Prim Haus is known for their fabulous house plans and this is no exception. While I do love a traditional plan I also love a modern plan. I would love to have this plan in the mountains (or by the water), can you imagine? The amount of detail is over the top.
This is the Modern Farm & Country II + Loft House Plan by Prim Haus. This plan is *coming soon* so keep your eyes open for it – what a stunner! This plan is 3,598 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms – not to mention a 2 car garage. I like the courtyard that leads to the entry. This plan is perfect for entertaining. Doors open onto the courtyard from the garage, courtyard parlor and the entry. Check out their website for more images – wow!
When you enter the home, take notice of the closets. There is great storage in this house. If you turn to the right you’ll pass the mud/laundry room (love this!), which also leads to the attached garage. Turn in the opposite direction and you’re headed into the master suite. Again, closets that are fabulous – it’s an oasis.
On the other side of the entry there are two guest suites, each with a bathroom. A courtyard parlor, so perfect for entertaining – with a prep/coffee bar (can you imagine)? From there you head to the kitchen/living area – wow!
The stairs are located just past the mud/laundry room and lead to a loft/studio upstairs which is complete with a rooftop terrace. Yes! A rooftop terrace, as well as a bathroom and plenty of storage.
