After the loss of our dog of nearly fifteen years (the super cool CHARLIE dog) – we called Chewy.com to cancel his upcoming auto ship orders. It wasn’t easy to choke out the words, but they were so kind…

Chewy even refunded us for an auto ship order we recently received but had yet to open. But the shocker came that evening, when we were so heartbroken. A knock at the door and the friendliest woman – delivering flower to us from Chewy.com. She said they’re a wonderful company and she’s thrilled to be part of the Chewy Team. #speechless

This photo was taken a few days after receiving – they came in a pretty glass vase, but after a few days we transferred to a larger vase hoping they would last forever. Guess what, so far, they’re STUNNING! The alstroemerias (pink flower) that weren’t quite open in this photo are full and so beautiful! It makes me smile each time I walk by it. We give them a fresh cut and fresh water. Hoping to keep them alive forever.
