A Christmas cactus has to be one of the easiest plants in the world to take care of. I forget about mine for weeks at a time – but it’s always so forgiving. There is one trick that will take it from lackluster to over the top magnificent in the blink of an eye and it couldn’t be easier…
When we have a nice rain (not downpour) we’ll set our Christmas (Thanksgiving) cactus out on the porch for a while for it to drink in the rainwater. Rain is like miracle water. It can make dull grass a brilliant green and it can take a Christmas Cactus that has been ignored for a few weeks and make it spectacular. #giveitatry
Can’t believe Thanksgiving is near!
🪴 Until next time…
