There are such beautiful lines to this plan. This is another plan that could easily fit into an existing neighborhood as well as a newer neighborhood. It has style and charm, which is so important to me. It looks like a home that will stand the test of time and age beautifully.
This is the Estelle house plan by C3 Studio. This plan is 1,983 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It’s a wonderful plan with a master suite downstairs which is always convenient! Let’s take a peek…
You enter this plan via the covered porch into the foyer. From the foyer, the living room is located straight ahead of you and is open to the kitchen on the left. The dining room is located on the front of the house and is open to the kitchen. Past the living room is a hallway that leads to a powder room on the right side of the house, along with a linen closet, laundry room and additional closet. Across the hall is the master suite: bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet. There is also garage access at the end of the hallway. This is a good plan for those of you who like an attached garage (can’t beat the convenience, right?). We’ve lived for so long without a garage that it’s become a norm, but I do remember how convenient it was!
Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a closet that share a bathroom which is accessible from the loft area. The loft area for fabulous for lounging, office, library, workout space or an area for kids to play. A great use of space no matter how you use it.
