A Wink From A Loved One?

Bright red cardinal male in shrubs

Cardinals bring hope (and are such fun to watch). We’re thankful to have so many flying around our yard. They love the trees, shrubs, shade and sun. They fly back and forth across the yard busy as can be. Each spring they build a nest (they work so hard, it’s incredible) then wait until the eggs hatch. They tirelessly bring food to the little ones. It’s beautiful to watch.

Do you know why people love cardinals so much?

Because they bring a special connection to someone who has passed away. They are appreciated so much. It’s so reassuring and uplifting to see them in action. It’s like a wink from those who went before us. #thankyouforthat

AI overview: AI Overview

Seeing a Northern Cardinal often carries symbolic meaning, frequently linked to messages of hope, joy and connection with loved ones, especially those who have passed away. They are also seen as symbols of beauty, resilience and new beginnings.

Do what you can to keep the cardinals and other birds and animals living. It’s tough on them with all the pesticides, sprays, etc. Give them a safe space in your yard and you will be blessed beyond measure.
