I have featured this recipe long ago, but I think it was due for a re-feature, just because it’s so delightful! It’s salad, yes… but, it’s also a bit of a splurge, the chicken is sautéed and is out of this world good with the chicken being dipped into a flour/parmesan mixture at the end before it hops into the pan. Exquisite topped with a light lemon vinaigrette. Once in a while can’t hurt, right?

I like how Ina plates this dish, I always do the reverse, habit I guess… she places chicken and tops it with the salad. Very pretty.
