The Cooper Tide House Plan by Flatfish Island Designs!

Cooper Tide House Plan by Flatfish Island Designs

This is the Cooper Tide house plan by Flatfish Island Designs – pretty fabulous, isn’t it? This plan is 3,214 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It’s got such nice lines, and just wait until you see the layout!

Cooper Tide is one of the plans in the Tide Collection (View Oriented House Plans with Porches) – Once you navigate to this page via the orange link, click on Cooper Tide on the left hand side and you will see it appear on the right side… While you’re there, check out their other plans!

You enter via the front porch into a wonderful entryway with a view straight through to the outdoors. I love to see all the way through a home. When you walk straight back you are in the open Living, Dining, Kitchen areas (and woohoo, there IS a pantry!!) The back of the home is open and airy – beautiful light spills in via the doors and windows, making it the perfect place to be! There is an elevator space, which is a nice feature. This is called the “Living Level” (since this home is raised, as most (or all) coastal homes need to be these days. In addition to the Living Room you also have a Media Room (I would use like a library!). The Master Suite is on the right side of the home, a fabulous bedroom, His and Her closets and a sumptuous Master Bath! The only possible change I would make (for us and the way we live) is to skip the bathtub and have storage built in maybe underneath the windows. With that being said, a tub under those windows in a beautiful Master Bath is exactly what most people long for!

The upstairs consists of three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms (with an option for another bathroom) – and a large Flex Space! Oh, the possibilities!!

Catch you back here tomorrow!
