This is the 293 Carya Road house plan by Our Town Plans. This plan is 1,029 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – #charming! I love the lines of this plan. There is an incredible front porch, and I think you’ll agree, the floor plan is pretty fabulous as well! Everything is on one floor, which is nice. The kitchen is open to the living room, it’s one fabulous space. I love the nice size island with bar stools. There is a lot of living in 1,029 square feet, including a bedroom, laundry room and full bathroom in addition to the master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet!

Beautiful floor plan… would love to build this on our 36 acres overlooking the pond. What is the total sq feet including both porches?

1,256 square feet of conditioned + unconditioned space. Sounds like a dream on 36 acres, Wow!!

Love this floor plan.
I would make a change in the master bath and closet area(s). I would shorten the counter, keeping two sinks, and place the toilet at the far end. I would make the closet wall against the shower even all the way across and put a free standing soaker tub along that wall where the toilet was. A peaceful retreat!

The Carla Road house plan is fabulous. It helps so much to look at these house plans and think about how we live our lives, what works best for the things that we love (like a peaceful retreat!). There’s nothing like a peaceful retreat! 🙌
