This is the Palmetto Cottage (SL-2009) by Court Atkins Group for Southern Living House Plans! This plan is 656 square feet with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Talk about a stunning cottage plan that is small with square footage but very large feeling with the design. The cathedral ceilings in the living/kitchen areas coupled with all the light from the windows and door make this plan feel grand. This could easily be used for 1-2 people or for a guest house (what a dream!) or a dream studio! #loftygoals I love the porch with no spindles!
The plan is fabulous – you enter via the FABULOUS front porch which adds square footage in my opinion, because I would be out there OFTEN!
The bedroom (with walk in closet!) is on one end, kitchen is as you walk in the door, which I like, it makes the living area at the opposite end of the home more private. There is a laundry room off of the Kitchen, which is quite convenient. Court Atkins Group has very nice house plans, this is a smaller one, but I absolutely love everything about it!

Hello Darrell, I do not create these wonderful plans, i only feature them. If I were you I would contact Southern Living House Plans, they are wonderful. Talk to a specialist by calling 888-846-5131. When I look at this plan, I think there is a fridge against the wall (looks like the have it with a cabinet door to keep the look the same). Sink is in the island and a space for trash. I can’t make out what else is in the island but I know Southern Living can answer your questions. It’s a great plan, isn’t it? Hope this helps! Barbara
