Pretty fabulous, isn’t it? Do you know what I notice first thing about this plan? The screened porch. I love that it’s set back – which makes it so private!

This is the Mathes House Plan (C0016) by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 2,433 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the main floor, very convenient!

This is an open plan with a shared fireplace between the dining and living areas. The master suite is a nice size, and I love the two walk in closets. The laundry is set just outside the master bedroom which is very convenient. I also like the option of the front bedroom to use as a den or office area.

The upstairs of this plan has one large bedroom on the front of the house and a smaller bedroom towards the back. The larger bedroom/bathroom could double as another master easily. How nice to sit out on the porch outside of your bedroom! I would screen the upstairs porch, then you can keep your doors open during nice weather!
