I thought I would start with a nice, calming image – a sunrise photo taken nearby while out walking. Views of the marsh at high tide are stunning but even more so when the sun is rising!
Charleston, SC is a beautiful place, I have to say. This time of year is my favorite. It is finally getting cool enough to wear a sweatshirt or polar fleece, woohoo. Clearly, I’m living in the wrong state if that’s what I love, ha ha. Our winters make up for our humid summers.
🔊 PSA: since COVID19 cases are spreading quickly please distance yourself from others and get a COVID test in a few days if you visited friends or family this holiday season. Check the CDC’s website for more info. Quarantine if you can to help protect others 🙏
I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving, for most of us it wasn’t the norm, but I think it will make us all be even more grateful for Thanksgiving next year! Truly, so much to be grateful for!
Wishing you the peace of the season, the patience to get through the tough times, the joy to sustain you – and many, many smiles along the way.
✍️ Until next time…
