The Cape Farmhouse by Classic Colonial Homes

A striking plan by Classic Colonial Homes. This is a gorgeous farmhouse plan with a wrap around porch, click the link to see the side view of this home… wow! The 2 bay carriage shed (garage) also has an option to create a bonus room above. Classic Colonial Homes can work with you to customize these plans to make them all yours!

This is the Cape Farmhouse plan by Classic Colonial Homes. This plan is 1,814 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (as well as an option for a space over the garage). I love all the windows! Be sure to click the link below to view the stunning side view!

On the front corner of this plan you have the living area which is open to the dining area, the master suite (on the opposite front corner) including a huge walk in closet. Behind the master suite is an ample kitchen that is open to the dining area. So, this home is open but not too open.

I love the porch area on the side, this is the space you would really use, near the garage, with a mud room, half bath and laundry area. You can enter from the garage, through the mudroom and into the dining area.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a shared bath – which is perfect! As I mentioned this home can be customized to be exactly what you envision. Just think how many wonderful uses for the space over the garage! I love the clean lines of this plan and think you will too! More info below…
