Crosby’s Seafood. It never disappoints. We stopped by to pick up some shrimp for the next week. The view is over the top gorgeous. Living in Charleston, SC – I never tire of the views here. I don’t take them for granted either. We live in a stunning setting – if you worked at Crosby’s, this is your view. What?!

If you’re ever in Charleston, stop by Crosby’s Seafood. They have a food truck that’s open quite a bit. Great food, great prices – you eat outside (or in your car on a cold day). The view from their dock is enough to make you never want to leave. No kidding. This photo was taken on an overcast (obviously) day, windy, with a chill in the air.

We saw some Norway Salmon, woohoo, that sounded interesting, so we may be heading back! I’m into salmon right now (which I was never a fan of before), we had a great salmon dish at Angel Oak Restaurant and another at Fred’s cousin’s house – wow, she made a killer dinner – it was beyond good, I am officially inspired, thank you Lisa & Sid!

Now I’m looking at salmon recipes. I feel like a grownup, ha ha. 💪 Happy week to you!
