This plan is 2,199 square feet with 4 bedrooms (master down) and 4 1/2 bathrooms, (not to mention 3,067 square feet of living underneath the roof). This home has a lot of living packed into it. The porches are stunning, the upstairs terrace is a dream, and the peak on the front of this home is lovely. From the front porch you enter this home in a beautiful entry near the staircase on your left, a powder room on your right. You then enter the kitchen, and what a kitchen it is! A large island plus cabinet space gives you plenty of storage for pretty much everything. The kitchen looks into the living area, so you can converse as you cook – always a nice touch. Off the kitchen is the master bedroom suite and what a suite it is!

The stunning porch that extends across the back of this entire plan is a dream. Pictured above is a screened porch off of the living area and bedroom with an open porch between. These are large porches and Lake and Land Studio can customize it to what works for you. Screened porches are handy because when we’re having nice weather you can leave the doors open (no bugs!) and be rewarded with a fresh breeze! The laundry area is also located off of the main bedroom, which we have here at our house and we love, it’s very convenient.

Upstairs something may catch your eye right off, a large terrace! Take in the views around you, right? There is also a hidden gem, blast from the past – a laundry chute! I remember a house we had growing up had one. Dirty clothes were sent down the chute which lands them directly in the laundry room. #likemagic With 3 bedrooms, a loft, a terrace and two bathrooms what’s not to love?
