This photo was taken a few years ago – but it brings solace. Charlie was bigger than life (and he thought he was as big as the biggest dog he would ever run across). He left an indelible impression in our lives. We are so thankful for all the laughs, the smiles and the wonderful memories. We are blessed. #withoutadoubt

I changed my desktop wallpaper to this image (it changes frequently). I can’t imagine going on without seeing his face – so this fixes that – at least temporarily. We are thankful for every moment with this sweet beast. He was the best of the best and is now running free with Reginald (our last Jack Russell Terrier) and all his friends who have gone before him.

Take this time to give your dog a big hug and maybe an extra treat ;) Thanks for putting up with my posts this week. It’s too difficult to focus on art, food or home. Time will help. I know Charlie is well taken care of which is all we ever wanted in life. #thankful
