Mandarin Oranges & Clementines – A Favorite!

You know about these luscious little oranges. There are different varieties, some with thicker skins, some with seeds, some without, some slightly larger. Some contain more potassium, others contain more Vitamin C. They are an absolute treat. I have both the smaller clementines with the sweeter fruit, (smaller size and easy peel and bonus, no seeds!) as well as a bag of mandarin oranges similar to clementines, but a little larger, a little less sweet. Both are fabulous and make a great dessert when you’re being on your best behavior…

I took this photo a few days ago and cannot remember which I grabbed, but am thinking the smaller clementine. Sun was streaming in the kitchen window and I had just pulled apart an orange and thought, hmmm… popped it up on the windowsill and took a few photos with my phone. Would have been really good with a camera that can focus better closer, but… ahhh, the elegance of an orange segment.

Yesterday was a beautiful day, cooler, but absolutely perfect. 🕊️

On another note – Let me know what you’re cooking! Am tiring of my same ideas, ha ha.

Time flies – Can’t believe it’s already WEDNESDAY!

🍊 Until next time… ✨ Take a moment to be grateful for at least one thing today – TODAY will be a good day, you’ve got this!
