Updated 1/9/25: This is Allison Ramsey’s best selling plan for 2024. There is so much to love about this plan. The porch, sigh… fabulous! The open kitchen/living area is wonderful and inclusive. The dining area I would use as a library, whoa, could it be fabulous! The laundry area between kitchen and master = perfection. A PANTRY, you didn’t miss it did you?
