Of course this image is better larger (can click to enlarge), but you get an idea! There is a bench overlooking the cemetery, which is such a peaceful place to sit and just take it all in. Most of us would like nothing better than to never leave, however, that isn’t an option. So absorb it with every ounce of your being while you’re there! If you haven’t been – definitely add it to your bucket list!

Two weeks from yesterday I will begin a week of painting on Monhegan. This will make visit number 17 or 18 and each time it gets better. The inspiration gained from the vistas and my artist friends makes for an all encompassing warmth for the soul!
