A neighbor gave us a small Caroline’s Cake (Caramel). Oh… My… Goodness!
Not only is this cake delectable, IT IS SEVEN LAYERS! It’s beautiful and the packaging… WOW, I cannot say enough good things. A few bites was plenty (for me), it was excellent, and I’m not a big cake eater.
You see the packaging… brilliant! The fork is too cool (decorative) – the heavy box, the thick ribbon, the gold foil bottom that the cake sits on – Wow. Impressive.
These cakes are made in South Carolina and shipped all over the country. No doubt you’ve read about them in one magazine or another.
Taste tested and approved, hehe… This is not an endorsement, it was a gift from a friend. Thank you friend!!

I taught Caroline at Ashley Hall. She left us with pancreatic cancer about a year ago, but her son carries on. Great cakes!
