The perfect dinner when the temps get high!

Tis the season of heat advisories… When the weather turns wicked hot and humid, cooking anything is just too hot. So we like this kind of dinner. A little wedge of brie, a handful of nuts, an apple, grapes, a little genoa salami and a small baguette. What could be better?

Easy clean up too! What are some of your go-to meals when the weather is hot?
