How To Roast A Turkey Breast!

I’m sharing recipes with you through the end of the month – some recipes are for now and some would be great candidates for Thanksgiving Day! This recipe is both! Roasting a turkey breast gives you so much meat – perfect for sandwiches, salads, wraps, or to have with a side like rice or a potato dish. You can keep it as light as you like.

Thanks to the convection setting the turkey is juicy but the outside is crispy, almost as if it were fried! If you don’t have a convection oven, no worries, it will still be fabulous and crispy on the outside! Why do most of us only make turkey once a year? A turkey breast is a great alternative (especially if there isn’t anyone who eats dark meat).
