This is the Lexington Contemporary Barn Home by Yankee Barn Home. This plan is 2,402 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I love the dark windows – this is a great plan! You can see more views (including front/sides, etc.) HERE. I especially love the windows from the front looking all the way through to the outside in the backyard. This view is from the back.
The main living space is fabulous – open kitchen, dining, living. The master suite (including TWO closets!) is on one side of this plan, complete with a porch off of the bedroom!
You pass through the entry way to gain access to the living, dining, kitchen areas, as well as a few more bedrooms.
The patio off the back patio is exquisite. I love all that space!
The upstairs is a loft space which is open to the room below. So many possibilities!
