The Hill House Plan by Yankee Barn Homes!

The Hill House by Yankee Barn Homes

This is the Hill House by Yankee Barn Homes – this fabulous Mid-Century Modern plan is 2,061 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The image above is the back of this home which I absolutely ADORE! Imagine owning a home with so many luxurious windows that give you every opportunity to see what you love!

I am drawn to plans that split the master suite from the guest rooms when possible and this plan does it beautifully. The master bedroom, closet and bath are separated by the open living area and kitchen. The guest room has access to a nearby bathroom as does the office area that could easily double as a smaller bedroom (minus a closet). The good news is that there is more storage available upstairs (loft)! Yankee Barn Homes works with you so that you have the home of your dreams!

Without the second floor you would not have that high ceiling and windows that would let in more light. I like it as designed. That loft could give you a private sitting room or an emergency bedroom or just a cool place to spie on those below

    1. I think you could have cathedral ceilings, where it would look like a second story, but only be a one story that lets incredible light in. But I would opt to keep the loft, because yes, it would make a cool sitting room, bedroom, office or as you say, a place to keep an eye on those below, ha ha…
