This is the Magnolia Cottage house plan by John Tee (architect) for Southern Living! This plan is 1,776 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, not to mention a front and back covered porch!

I love how this plan keeps the master suite private and on one side of the home while the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side. The living spaces are located in the center of this home. A nice size family room and an open dining/kitchen area.

Great storage space in this plan, walk in closet in master and a pantry in kitchen! I also like that the washer and dryer are located outside of the master bedroom, close by! This is a great plan as is or a perfect first floor (see optional staircase) with option for space on second floor. Options are nice to have! It’s got great curb appeal as well as wonderful outdoor living space!
