Pretty fabulous isn’t it? This is the ultimate post and beam barn home by Yankee Barn Homes and it’s downright stunning! I love the doors that slide over the front doors adding both appeal and functionality!

This is the Grantham Lake House Plan by Yankee Barn Homes. This plan is 2,408 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a fabulous back deck, perfect for entertaining or just spending time!

With this plan, you walk into the entry with a powder room on your right, which is convenient. The entry leads to the great room, which is open to the dining room. The dining room is open to the kitchen which I like. There is also a side door near the back of the house that leads into a mudroom/laundry/closet/pantry. Sweet! Especially if you live in an area with wet/snowy weather! You need somewhere to put the wet boots, right? The master suite completes the main floor level and takes up not quite 1/3 of the downstairs area.

There is literally so much space upstairs. So many places for everyone to have their own space. There are three bedrooms, one with an adjoining bathroom. There is a nice size family room – perfect when someone wants to watch a good movie while others are watching, oh, I don’t know… sports? 😉 There is also a great study/storage/exercise space – I love having options!
