The Humbert Way (TNH-B-10A) House Plan by Moser Design Group!

TNH-B-10A House Plan by Moser Design Group

This home is a beauty, isn’t it? Look at all the details! It’s the perfect plan for a newer area but it also fits in so nicely in an established neighborhood! It looks like a well-built, gorgeous home that was built long ago but kept in perfect condition. Established neighborhoods are so nice, you have larger trees and everything around it has already been figured out and perfected. You can live the best of both worlds. New house, older neighborhood… #sweet!

This is the Humbert Way house plan (also known as TNH-B-10A) by Moser Design Group. This plan is 1,471 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This plan looks much larger to me. It shows you that if a plan is well-designed, you don’t need umpteen thousand square feet to live well.

It’s so nice that it has both a porch on the front and a screened porch off the back of the house. The master suite is tucked away in the back of the house and the second bedroom is up front with a bathroom right there. The utility room is located off the master so it’s quick to put away clothes! There is a nice, small (which fits the size of this house) dining room, but there is also a wonderful island, which may be where you spend a lot of time.
