I think this could be the most fabulous pool house (or guest house, office, studio, the list goes on) in our backyard. What fun it would be to have an outbuilding with so many uses? A separate space for your guests to stay, yet be close at the same time. I think it could be so fun. I LOVE the screened porch, it would be facing our pool and screened in, so on nice evenings you could sit outside and spend the evening!
This is the 206 Talbot house plan by Our Town Plans. This plan is the cutest guest suite that is 323 square feet (not including the generous screened porch!) with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette and a few closets. Woohoo! How wonderful!
This guest house has so much charm, I think I would add a gas light to the front – make it even more warm and inviting. #whowouldntwanttostayhere
