Drop dead gorgeous, right? Mingo Point (located on Kiawah Island, SC) is a popular event venue. Our nephew and his fiancé were married here back in June. It was a beautiful wedding. Over the top beautiful. Every moment there was something stunning, the sky, the clouds (and of course, the bride, groom and all in attendance!) – When I saw these clouds roll in around 9PM I had to get some photos!

Pretty spectacular, isn’t it? This is an outdoor venue, it was end of June so they had plenty of misting fans which saved us. The reflections of the sky in the water was so gorgeous. Every moment of this wedding was breathtaking, from arriving and being awed by all that was done to transform a space and make it so elegant, to the ceremony officiated by none other than wedding planning (and so much more) guru, Christy Loftin. She has an easy way about her and has been in the event business for a long time – so she’s prepared for all the “what if’s” that others may not think of. High five Christy!

Wishing the newlyweds a lifetime of happiness, they sure got off on the right start! ❤️
