The Verdier House Plan by Allison Ramsey Architects

The Verdier by Allison Ramsey Architects

I love cottage house plans and think they have such charm. This plan has a 8′ deep porches. What I love about this Allison Ramsey Architects is the ability to make modifications if you have something in mind that is really important to you. I might opt for a slightly deeper porch on the front and back, and you’ll see via the link below how their website shows images from homes that have been built so you get a good idea on modifications.

This is the Verdier house plan by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 1,696 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has a master down and two bedrooms with a shared bath upstairs. Quite the plan! When you click on the “Verdier House Plan” link it takes you to Allison Ramsey’s website, where you will see images of this plan being built and the different variations/modifications, different materials used, etc. It really gives you great ideas if you were building this plan on the different ways you could change it to personalize it more for what works for you.

You enter this home from the side of the porch and step into the living room/dining area. The stairway is also located in the living/dining space.

Great kitchen and perfect mudroom. The master suite is located in the back of the house with French doors to the deck (which would be lovely screened in)!

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath and a sitting area. It’s nice when there can be another space to hang out!
