This house is so Charleston, SC. Not that it’s limited to this area, it’s not. It’s a magnificent home regardless of its location. With both upper and lower piazza’s (porches) – your outside living space is huge. Can you imagine? Whether you’re sitting on the piazza off of the master suite with a book and a cup of coffee or if you’re on the lower piazza gathering with friends and family. This is a gorgeous plan (updated for today’s living) with plenty of outdoor space!

This is the 10 Charleston Ave house plan by Our Town Plans. This plan is 2,304 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the right side of this plan, there is a study, which is separated by a fireplace into the living/dining area. The kitchen is at the back of the house as well as a nice grilling porch. Also on the main floor of this plan there is a fabulous pantry off the kitchen and a washer/dryer, which I like downstairs, just in case.

The upstairs of this plan has the master suite towards the front of the house with two additional bedrooms in the back of this plan. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate sink area, which is so nice.
